I mentioned yesterday that I started Weight Watchers. At my meeting a week or so ago, we were given the best Ranch recipe that is only 1 point for 3 tablespoons and only like 60 calories. I was a bit skeptical since Ranch is pretty tasty and light Ranch is pretty nasty. Let's stop kidding ourselves.
Combine the following:
1/2 cup greek yogurt \\ 1/2 cup light Mayo \\ 1 cup Fat Free Milk \\ 1 Packet of Ranch Powder
try not to make a big mess like I did! I had a crabby baby sitting in a Bumbo wanting the cracker he dropped!
I store mine in a Rubbermaid container and just store in the fridge. You should really try it if you are looking for low-cal recipes. Honestly I think it tastes better than the Regular Ranch just because Ranch is sooo sugary and sweet and this one really compliments the vegetable that I am eating it with. Enjoy!
