I don't think I ever announced on my blog that I started the Weight Watchers program. I have so far not really liked it as much as I thought I would, but only because I was so used to using the free app My Fitness Pal. (which I highly recommend) I have gone to 2 meetings so far and have been impressed, but I don't see why it's $40 a month. Their app is a little more confusing than My Fitness Pal or I am just used to that app. But I will keep trying it out. I do like that vegetables and fruit are free point value. So for dinner that is what we had! I have become more and more into vegetables, LOVE THEM!
One of the speakers at Weight Watchers gave us a recipe for the best Ranch Dip. I am going to blog about that tomorrow. I like it more than the regular Ranch dip. For 3 tablespoons it's only 1 point. I think its 60 Calories for 3 tablespoons according to My Fitness Pal. Guys, thats amazing compared to the real dip! Have you done weight watchers? What have been your experiences been?
