Weight Loss update
As you might know, I am on a healthy lifestyle change (diet) and I do like to document here time to time. These two apps really have made it possible for me to stay motivated and keep up with my weightloss. The one on the right is my fitness pal and the left is Free Pedometer. Right now, I haven't lost any weight, but mainly maintaining. I have been avoiding this blog update mostly because I feel like I should keep losing, which wouldn't that be nice for us all. Although life is more busy than I would like to admit and sometimes I just haven't had time ( or even wanted to). However, I am still eating right and exercising, just not like I used to be. My goal is to start back into the intense workouts and the counting calories. But can I just tell you, its so hard! Yes I am pitying myself, but I honestly want to, its just so hard sometimes. It's better than gaining though so I can't complain too much. I love the way my body is transforming so I don't think I will ever stop, but I just want to enjoy life a little bit more and not stress that I haven't exercised that day or stayed within my allotted calories. We are in the process of buying a house and I have really realized how much I stress eat. NOT GOOD! I keep telling myself that once the house is all said and done that I will get back to my regular routine, but you know something else will come up! Just got to keep trying and put one foot in front of the other.
