So I know I have a lot of people who want to know what exactly I eat. Counting calories and restricting your diet can get super boring and cause lots of cravings. I am always on the hunt for new recipes because I like to change things up and enjoy my food not just act like its fuel. It also doesn't help that I am a pretty picky eater. I don't like most vegetables...!!! I could easily do without onions, tomatoes, celery, peppers. I wish I liked these foods because it would broaden so much of what I eat, but for now I have to get creative. I love chili and its very filling. Plus, my kids really like it too. This isn't really a recipe post, but more of a heres how you do it. I just get as many beans as I like with some ground turkey. You definitely can add more to this like onions or even tomatoes. I rinse the beans, brown the turkey in separate pans of course. I let the beans heat up and cook on low. Then I add the meat when its finished cooking. I like my chili a little spicy, so I add taco seasoning packets to spice it up. You can of course add chili powder too. I also forgot, I add 3-4 cups of water to it all just depending how thick I want it. I don't lie when I say my kids love it so that helps when I make it! Excuse my 'I just worked out, now I am hungry' face!
