My Favorite Protein Shake Recipe

I have recently started every day with a protein shake.  I do this because theres lots of nutrients that I get  from it and it tastes really good.  I got a Ninja for Christmas and I highly recommend it.  It always makes everything so smooth and creamy.  What you will need for this smoothie is the following"

 Peanut butter (I just can't stomach the all natural kinds.  I know theres great debate, but I only use a table spoon in this so I don't see a huge harm)
Kirkland Weight Loss Shake (Purchased from Costco, you can use an alternative like almond or soy milk, but I like the chocolate taste)

I put some crushed ice into my cup, about 1/2 of a cup. Then I add the banana.

I add about a tablespoon of peanut butter.  You can definitely add more or less.

I add the drink so it fills most of the cup

Press Blend and within a few seconds I have a great Breakfast (Or any meal) protein shake!

I love how quick and easy this is to make.  I am not a huge morning eater and used to skip breakfast all the time before but drinking these in the morning last me until 11 to noon sometimes as long as I drink 20 oz of water through out the morning too! This shake is about 400 calories which is a little higher, but its the first meal of my day and gives me a ton of energy for my morning workout and my mommy duties. I hope you enjoy!
