Livy Loves to Eat recipe and idea book!

I am so excited that my new recipe book is live!! This has been a labor of love.  Being able to help others know what to eat and how to lose weight has been something that I have taken very seriously! This book includes 20 ideas for anyone wanting to start eating healthy! The best part is no recipe has more than 6 ingredients or more than 500 calories! They are all easy to make and taste very delicious!
