You all know how much I love a good quick fat-blasting workout! That's why I create these fantastic workouts for you all to try and see what you like. When I do cardio at my gym, I get really bored of the same machine each day. As great as a treadmill is, it can get boring and there are plenty of other machines that offer a great workout as well! Plus it keeps things interesting and working out becomes exciting! This workout would make me burn around 200 calories. It's seriously awesome! If you did it twice in a row (which I recommend if you'd like to try) you'd be burning over 400 calories in 50 minutes. That is some serious burn!
Like always, if these resistances are too high for you, take it down a notch. Just as long as your heart rate is high and you are getting some great sweat going on!
