This year I want to get ahead of schedule and plan out how I will stay strong during this holiday season. As much as I wish I could just say that I will be good and not indulge (too much), I know myself well enough that it won't happen. That's why I created this chart to keep me motivated and accountable. For some reason checking off a box each day telling myself that I completed my goal is very satisfying and just works for me.
I have done this in the past and have been very successful, not perfect but pretty close. The days where there is a heart means that's a free for all day and I won't have any restrictions on my diet or exercise. I made sure those were days were holidays, birthdays and vacations. Then I placed a few more hearts throughout just to keep myself sane.
I created a free download for you all to help you stay on track with your goals. I want everyone to commit to a healthy lifestyle during a really tempting part of the year. I think that everyone should indulge, just not everyday and you will stay be able to lose weight.
