I have been looking around for a while at some healthy and tasty snack ideas since that is my biggest pitfall when it comes to nutrition. I am totally guilty of standing in my kitchen between meals thinking about what to eat and usually I am tempted by my kids fruit snacks (which are never a good idea)!
I need to be better at having healthy snacks on hand so that is why I have come up with some recipes that I would like to try!
I love that for these you can make a bunch of cookies or apple chips and keep them on hand throughout the week. It sure makes those middle of the afternoon snack fest much less complicated when you can have a few of these lying around to munch on without the guilt!
