I love talk about how my weight loss has been going each month because it's fun to talk about the challenges that I face each month just like everyone else. I know that others like to read how I am doing so it's fun to share. Click here to see last months.
This month was the start of the holiday season. I have always had a hard time in years past trying to stay motivated during these months because there are so many extra sweets around. I am determined to fight the holidays with extra hard workouts, but still enjoying myself time to time. After all, a little sugar is okay to have when balanced properly. I definitely have night time cravings the most. I am always wanting something sweet at night and what usually keeps me in line without the guilt is creating a frozen Strawberry Yogurt. I will be posting this more in depth later this week, but basically combine frozen strawberries, orange juice, and greek yogurt. It seriously tastes so good! Then I freeze it for an hour or so and it tastes like ice cream sherbert with less sugar and calories!
I also start offering weight loss coaching. I have several clients who I am working with on reaching their weight loss goals. We basically come up with a plan for them and I am there for any assistance. We chat daily about the struggles of weight loss and how to overcome them. We also celebrate their victories! I've still been just training in the gym as the weather has dropped dramatically here this past week! It's just too cold to run outside, which is fine! I also go to a boot camp twice a week with several other ladies. It's free and I can take my son while my daughter is at preschool! It really has been awesome to change up my routine, plus I have met some really cool ladies. I also do the gym 3x a week doing HIIT workouts that I have on my blog and lots of weights. I am planning on writing a guide to weights book for those just starting out! It's in the works so I will let you know all about that when it's done!
